For CNC milling, we have Vertical 3 and 4 axis machines as well as Horizontal 4 axis machines with pallet pools. The pallet pools allow us to insert a rush job without disturbing the current set up. 4 axis Horizontals also allow machining of multiple surfaces in one set up for absolute accuracy as well as reduced and/or eliminated fixture cost.

Traveling Column Vertical Machining Center
This is our most versatile machining center with the option to have 2 machining zones with 23.6” X, 19.8” Y travels or 1 machining zone with 63.0” X, 19.8” Y axis travels. The traveling column design with stationary tables allows oversized work to be machined with ease. 2 zone set up allows work to be loaded/unloaded in one station while machining occurs in the other station, eliminating time and cost of load/unload. The fixed table also allows easy set up of a 4th (rotary) axis.

This Horizontal machining center equipped with a rail guided vehicle, 8 pallets and a 225 tool magazine. This is our latest Horizontal machining center equipped with a 6 pallet rotary style pallet pool and a 219 tool magazine. With a 15,000 RPM spindle, 2362 IPM rapid feed, auto tool measure and auto part measure, this is an extremely accurate and efficient machine also aimed at short to medium production runs. Travels are 29.62” X, 29.62” Y, 29.62” Z. B Axis 360,000 positions. Max workpiece size is 31.5” diameter x 39.37” high. High pressure through the spindle coolant allows for deep hole gun-drilling.
KURAKI KBM-11X Horizontal CNC Boring Mill
This 50 taper boring mill will handle a 6600 lb. work-piece. Travels are X 59.06, Y 47.24, Z 27.56, W 13.78 as well as a 360,000 position rotary table. The 3000 RPM spindle with coolant through capability enables excellent bore finishes even in deep hole situations. Removable table guarding allows for machining of parts much larger than the travels.
